Your network is the value

We’re looking for warm introductions: businesses you know through your own work and relationships. That trust, the human touch, is something AI can never replicate.
Warm, not cold
Warm
Someone you know, who would take your call or answer your message: a client, a colleague, a business contact, a friend.
Cold
A business you’ve never dealt with, found through a list, a directory or a search.
We don’t say no to cold leads, but we prefer warm ones. Cold outreach is something we automate with AI ourselves. And if several partners cold-contacted the same business, it would be overwhelmed, which helps no one.
Three rules
- Ask first.
Get the business’s OK before you introduce us or share their contact details (section 9.1).
- In public, say you’re paid.
In posts, on websites, in newsletters, on social media and in groups, say clearly that you earn a commission for introductions, where people will see it: not only in a hashtag or behind a “read more” link (section 10.3). A private introduction to someone you know doesn’t need it.
- No spam.
Never send bulk email, mass messages or cold texts in our name, and never use bought contact lists (section 10.1).
A note, not a rule If you advise or work for the business, for example as its accountant or consultant, check whether your profession requires you to tell them about a referral fee.
